About Erika – My Story

Welcome to the main hub of my creative work and wellness teachings! I am a multi-passionate artist, spirit guide, world traveller, and flower fairy 😉 I grew up in Vermont, U.S.A. and spent many summers visiting my father’s side of the family in Cusco, Peru. While in Peru I learned about energy of land and our spiritual connection with nature. These topics weren’t explored beyond those summer trips until 2020 when I started utilizing mindfulness and personal development to help me start a creative coaching business.

As I advanced myself forward into online business, so did the intensity of a spiritual re-awakening. All of a sudden, I was connecting with a higher self, voices from my spirit guides, and for the first time someone asked me if I was a healer.

Through various resources I gained deeper insight into my healing journey and soul’s purpose. By the end of 2020 I felt a deep calling to pause the coaching business and be immersed in nature. This led me to Costa Rica and a 4 week training, learning about the shamanic path and healing with plant medicine. I honestly didn’t think much about what I was getting into. I felt such a strong YES and it all happened so quickly.

This trip to Costa Rica helped me re-awaken my natural gifts as a healer, channel, and intuitive artist.

Since then, life has been an integration of all of this and a continuation of healing and building confidence in who I am and what I have to offer.

The integration process takes a lot of patience, layers, and slowing down.
