Welcome to the main hub of my creative work and wellness teachings! I am a multi-passionate artist, spirit guide, world traveller, and flower fairy 😉 I grew up in Vermont, U.S.A. and spent many summers visiting my father’s side of the family in Cusco, Peru. When I found myself in Costa Rica learning about the Shamanic path and healing with plant medicine, a lot of it felt familiar. A lot of what I learned has been a re-awakening of what I already know. After some exploration of different paths to offer my natural gifts as a healer and channel, I realized any form of creative expression was the way.

I am passionate about sharing Spirit guidance that I receive and empowering others to live their bliss timeline. We all have this direct line of communication with our Spirit guides and higher self. I simply awaken and reaffirm the knowledge that already exists within you.

Some of the things my bliss timeline includes is travel, spontaneous adventure, exquisite food, any aesthetic that makes me go ahhhh – mmmmmm, spending time with animals, talking with plants, laying in a field, spaciousness, spa days, luxurious vacations, connecting with my ancestral roots, expressions of beauty and love, and dancing.
